Benefits of pumpkin seeds

Method to use

After peeling your pumpkin, separate the seeds and wash it properly.
Roast the fresh seeds and it can be used to garnish your rayata, any vegetable, fruit puree. Its powdered form can be sprinkle on fruit chaat.

One or two table spoon of pumpkin seed is suggested to have in your daily food.
